    xbox 1 postal code incorrect


    hi, i have been going over google to try and fix this problem, but so far no luck, i also checked the Microsoft help page but no luck there either. i live in Canada witch means we use a six postal code and this is not working, i have tried all caps, no caps.
    spaces and no spaces, yet nothing has worked, i am trying to buy battle field four before the sale is over so someone with a answer to this bug would be great.

    Hey mich5386!

    My first recommendation is to call Xbox support. I'm not from Canada, so I'm not sure what's up here. Make sure that your account is set to a Canadian account or a North American account as well.

    When you to to your Microsoft Account it should look like mine above (there is a pic and menu options and stuff at the top that i removed here. Also this is the mobile view not
    the desktop view). Under my date of birth it gives your region or country and the option to change it if necessary. Once that is correct just go to your Address Book and
    ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct.

    singapore.. the tuner is correct because it supports dvb-t2.. the problem is the postal code is incorrect.. my xbox is set to singapore location..
