    Xbox 1 not showing anything on screen


    Xbox is no longer showing picture on the screen. HMD I cable is good but still no image. Just had an error one day with image and it stopped

    Hey there Anthonyspeaks,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to deal with this issue afflicting your game setup. I can totally understand how this could be distressing of a problem this could be. I suggest trying a

    soft reset     of the console if you haven't already. It's a factory reset of the console that keeps your games and apps installed and is a good troubleshooting steps for a variety of problems.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

    Doesn't that normally show as gamertag1 and gamertag1(1)?
