Discus and support xbox 1 microphone calibration in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I cannot calibrate the microphone on my X Box 1 Scorpio Kinect, I go though the routine but it stops calibrating at about 86%.     xbox 1 microphone calibration


    I cannot calibrate the microphone on my X Box 1 Scorpio Kinect, I go though the routine but it stops calibrating at about 86%.

    I therefore cannot use voice control on the Xbox.

    The mic works in game chat etc, and on Skype, any ideas ??

    What happened to full kinect calibration/setup

    Same here...goes directly to microphone calibration when clicking the ''kinect moved'' calibration option

    Thank you for reaching out! You can actually
    use Cortana     with either a headset or the Kinect's built in microphone. If you are using the latter and are still having issues with Cortana recognizing your commands, you might want to look into

    calibrating the Kinect microphone    . Hope this helps! :D

    If you go to settings, system, storage, select your storage device and go into System Items, delete the Microphone array calibration data file, restart the xbox and calibrate the Kinect again do you still get this issue ?
