    I havent been able to send messages from my console or app since the day i bought my console, close to a year ago. I have tried the phone number verification. I have not been banned or anything like that. My console has been power cycled many times and
    i have done the hard reset many times as well. This is rediculously frustrating. Any help would be appreciated, Microsoft doesnt seem to care or have any answers for me. Thank you

    Thank you for reaching out. Before suggesting any troubleshooting, are you receiving any sort of error message or code when trying to send out messages? Have your other communication methods been affected (party chat, in game chat, etc)? Hope to hear back

    I will have to try that out when I get around a 360 next. It for sure bugs me lol Like a spot on carpet that won't go away no matter how much you clean it.
