    Hey there! So you are trying to recover your Gamertag to the console, yes? You are trying to recover WinterFall, but when you do, this GT is recovered instead? It sounds like you are using the wrong WLID. Have you tried any other WLID/passwords for WinterFall?

    The Xbox 360 does not support HDMI to DVI input.

    You need either full HDMI, or a VGA cable.
