On this date and time. I was told that I would be able to redeem this deal or promotion by end of February of 2017. The deal was for $2.99 a month for up to 12 months, and I would just like it to be honored. Hopefully someone
knows of this promotion as I am being made out to be a liar. And I feel like I have been treated like a convict. I hope that You can pull and review this call as It was a Manager Rick Himself who guaranteed it and Sean was the initial point of contact as
a cold call agent.

one last question.

if i were to continue the 36 months gold live, should i do it before the current (say 3 month) live gold finishes.

or i should do it after the current 3 month gold live finishes.

if it is the 1st case scenario, say i got 1+36 months live in total after 3 years top up. then the 1 dollar ultimate will apply to the 36 months, and with 1 month at last as gold live right>?

I tried to upgrade to Ultimate with the '1€/month for up to 36 months' promo.

But in the payment conditions it says only the first month is 1€ and then it's 13€/month.

Never had game pass before, only had xbox live gold for over 4 years.

Is the '1€/month for up to 36 months promo' over?

You can add up to 36 Months (3 years) active on your account. (You can't add more than that) [Even for 1 day]

This also applied to Xbox Live Gold membership.
