I cant access live multi- player specifically BF1 and BFv Beta.. Paid EA for early access.. Managed to access beta 4th Sept for a couple of hours.. I noticed the syncing game not functioning.. had to go offline then go online to access both BF1 and and
BFv beta..Now on the 5th Sept no wait its the 6th all multiplayer down..Microsoft as well as EA not updating community.. Very frustrated.. Hello anyone in public relations letting us know whats going on..

Received e-mail with 2019 renewal date

After extending my XBOX Live Gold subscription with a 24-month code (ending 8/1/2019), I received an e-mail acknowledging the extension. Then I received another e-mail, as follows:

"We're sending you this message to confirm that you have successfully renewed your Gold – 12 Month subscription on Thursday, August 01, 2019. Please retain a copy of this message for your records. Here is a description of the service: ..."

Help me out here - how did I renew (past tense) my subscription on 8/1/2019? And, if I did happen to get another 12 months, shouldn't my account show a 2020 expiration?

 

How to cancel an overdue payment or refund money for it?

Hello. I have been paid for a long time (using code) for 12 months Xbox Live Gold, until March 3, 2019 (if I'm not mistaken), and now I have an overdue payment of 3600 rubles, where did I get it?

Can I cancel an overdue payment? After all, I have already paid everything by March 2019 ...

I've checked over on the Battlefield service status and it looks as though they're hitting a few speed bumps and having issues with their servers.

I would imagine this is due to the mass of people all trying to acces the new Battlefield V beta.

Please either keep trying to connect or allow them some time to make any necessary adjustments to get the servers back up and running smoothly.
