  1. Xbox 1 insider hub

I have been a member of the xbox update preview program for 1 yr and 6 months and was testing the updates on an origional xbox one. Well when I switched to an xbox one s it had the insider hub pending me to download again but when I went to the xbox one
preview portion it wasn't active and was asking me to rejoin. I did and reluctantly it told me it would take up to 78 hrs to complete. I am going on day 5 of "re registering" and it still says pending. I have called into customet support but they cannot help
with insider hub issues so therefore I am posting here now. Any xbox employees that read this post can check my gamer tag and see I am an active member of the program. I understand the backlog of people wanting to join the program etc that new members are
currently not allowed but I am an existing memeber just trying to get it active on my new console. It is a little unreal that you cant just transfer over and boom your stuff is there tied to your gamer tag ready to rock. Sorry I am a little irritated with
this at the moment pardon my tone. Any help or tips would be awesome. Thanks!

    :)
