Xbox 1 im unable to view any screenshots & captures

You can upload up to 10 GB of captures to the Xbox network. Once you reach those limits, you’ll need to delete existing captures to upload new ones.

Any game clip or screenshot uploaded to the Xbox network that gets no views in 30 days will be deleted. Viewing it yourself counts as a view and saves a capture from deletion.

Captures that don't get uploaded to the Xbox network will remain on the console they were recorded on.

You can also store your screenshots and videos on your PC, OneDrive, and your phone.

As I mentioned in a separate reply, it appears that these captures were not deleted and I can still view them on my Xbox if I filter my captures for screenshots. The issue is screenshots older than 9 days are not viewable on the Xbox app or the Xbox console companion on Windows, meaning I cannot save any of the older screenshots to my computer or phone.

Edit: To be clear, all of the screenshots in question were uploaded to the Xbox network.

Thank you for reaching out to the forum. There are some limitations on screenshots and video capturing.

• You can upload up to 10 GB of captures to Xbox Live. Once you reach those limits, the oldest captures will be removed as you save new ones (first in, first out).

• Any game clip or screenshot uploaded to Xbox Live that gets no views in 30 days will be deleted. Viewing it yourself counts as a view, and saves a capture from deletion.

• Captures you don't upload to Xbox Live will remain on the console they were recorded on.

• Xbox One consoles hold up to 800 MB of screen shots and 8 GB of game clips. Once you reach those limits, the oldest captures will be removed when you save new captures (first in, first out).

That might be the reason for your current issue.

When was the last time you were able to see your old screenshots?

Were they successfully synced or uploaded to Xbox network and accessible through your Xbox app on mobile?

Im thinking my xbox account might be corrupted. I can't view my screenshots on any external website anymore. It's like my screenshots dont exist.
