Xbox 1 hi av ad new account added called sparta that I didn't authorize what's going on.

You should call for support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX. What it sounds like is you added the new card, but didn't switch the membership over to the new card (its not automatic) and so it tried to renew to the old card and now your account is locked.

even tried another way where i broke off the av cable it came with. its still doing the same thing. THIS IS SPARTA!! im about to kill someone xbox

Expanding on what G v zauBerBerg also make sure you have funds in your account as sometimes they take an authorization charge to ensure its you adding it to the account. Due to fraud measures etc.
