Xbox 1 gone wrong

put my game disc in and it wont start try another disc and neither will that disc start I just bought the Xbox so this is extremely. Frustrating cant play any game I really wish I would have kept my PS4 and not gotten a xbox 1 prices for old games are ridiculous
and game disc wont even play I hate Xbox

This is a known issue on the forums that's been there for a while now. There is no ETA on a fix you'll see times where all your info is there and then times where everything is gone. This is however ONLY on the forum, your actual stats etc are not affected
by this issue.

On the console is it that he can see all 40 of your games but can only play 11 of them or that he can only see 11 of them?

If he can only see 11 games then he may have accidently turned on one of the filter options in my games and apps. Can you get your friend to go into the games section of my games and apps and at the top of the list above all the games he should see the filter
options below and have him check that it has been set to show all games and all storage?

 

You may have got a defective console. Provided that you’ve bought it recently, I’d return the Xbox for a working exchange. Check with your merchant’s return policies.
