Remove the game from your harddrive and install it again should fix it.

Hey, have you got the game disc inserted? Have you tried restarting/power cycling your Xbox since your subscription ended?

If the games are also gamepass game then there is an problem that you will have to uninstall the gamepass type and install the other type

So if you press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds until it turns off and then turn it back on. This should clear the cache and hopefully then it will recognise that you own the game.

One explored workaround I have found, from personal experience after cancelling Game Pass a few times, is that you'll need to uninstall the affected game... and then either reinstall it off of your disc or reinstall it out of your 'ready to install' if
you had it digitally. That should fix it. That also typically works if you're having trouble getting passed a similar 'trial' error for a game you own, had that happen on Destiny 2. The old fashioned uninstall and reinstall comes in handy in this case.
