Xbox 1 games won’t work on my Series X

This just happened today and is the first time it’s happened. None of my Xbox One discs are working on my series x, despite them working just yesterday. Even more odd, all my OG xbox discs and 360 discs work perfectly fine and boot up the game immediately, it’s only Xbox 1 discs that won’t work. I’ve tried everything, cycling my system, hard rebooting it, unplugging it and waiting, clearing persistent data on the blue ray drive, uninstalling and reinstalling blu ray disc, cleaning all my Xbox 1 discs, switching from energy saver to instant on and reverse, even removing my account and adding it again, same exact problem, all discs except xbox 1 work. I don’t see how it can be the disc drive cuz it still works with Xbox and Xbox 360 discs. I have no idea.

Yes all other games work just fine. But it seems that just gta won’t work. Ever since I tried to play it on my Xbox series x it has not worked. I don’t have the updated version of gta it is still the normal game but I looked it up and it said you can still play normal gta on Xbox series x.

The drive contains separate lasers for the DVD and Blu-ray disc reading. Xbox one titles are on Blu-ray, while the others are on DVD. Please try a Blu-ray movie in the drive and see if it works

So I tried 3 blu ray discs and none of them worked. I’m guessing I’ll need to send it for repair? Also thanks for the suggestion.

I have same issue but with my Acer Nitro VG271 144Hz. Xbox series X won’t run at 120Hz 1080p. That must be problem with xbox series x because works perfect with Asus RX480 8GB (144Hz 1080p HDMI2.0). I am very dissapointed. 60hz is a joke.
