Xbox 1 Elite Series 1 Rubber Grips (Inner & Side) Replacements

Hello,

After spending an hour browsing the internet, Amazon, AliExpress, and various forums, I'm almost afraid to actually ask out anything of fear one of the MS Team will offer up some USELESS TIP like CONTACT SUPPORT FOR REPLACEMENT (emphasis on USELESS because: I'm not doing that).

I have the xBox Elite Controller Series 1. I bought it maybe 4-6 years ago, ~2016 maybe? So NO IT'S NOT UNDER WARRANTY.
I use it solely for my PC, so there will be no such nonsense like "plz rEgiStEr uR pRodUct".

Two questions follow:

Q1) - Does anybody know where I can find BOTH SETS of replacement rubber grips for the INSIDE and SIDE panels? (Please don't direct me to Amazon. I can use a search function, the same as you probably just tried to. I can find over a hundred styles that sell only the side panels, but no hits for the inner, or even a set of all 4.)

Q2) - Does MS even make them, and if so, why are they not available for replacement purchase?

Bonus round:
If you're part of the MS Team, I dare you to answer either of these questions WITHOUT suggesting
a.) I contact support... (Just either tell me you don't make them or, even better, tell me where I can find them online so I can buy them)
b.) have it replaced under warranty... (Just either tell me you don't make them or, even better, tell me where I can find them online so I can buy them)
c.) send it in for repairs... (I'm sure you can figure out what I meant to put in these parentheses)

If anybody's confused as to what I mean, please see following pic.
It shows 1 single inner grip hanging on for dear life, after its 3 siblings were ripped away and lost to the void.

tl;dr

I need to find a set of all 4 replacement grips. I can only find the outer 2.

Since I've been looking for weeks (months, maybe?) and I'm growing frustrated, I caved and bought a back case off of AliExpress.com

It's the only place where it seems I can get a 3rd party Back Casing for the Elite controller, series 1.

$30, but you're right, it supposedly comes with the inner grips attached, and then I bought the side grips off the seller you mentioned off Amazon. There were other products/sellers too, but I went with that one anyway.

I also used this opportunity to buy some colored paddles and joysticks, since mine are finger-faded away.

I've had the same issue a couple of times.

MS don't sell spare parts neither directly, nor indirectly, so your only option is to go third party.

I've used eXtremeRate outer grips, which I think are an almost perfect replacement for the originals and they're easy to fit. You can get them on Amazon and eBay still.

As for the inner grips, your only option is to buy a replacement rear shell, as the rubber grips are glued to that. I've seen some on AliExpress and occasionally on eBay, but I can't vouch for the quality of any of them.

As far as I know there is no way to get replacement grips for the elite series controller
The only thing that came to my mind is get a damaged elite controller and use that one as a replacement

Thanks for the response, bud. I didn't realize that the inner pieces would come as part of the shell. I'll continue my search and keep that as an option.
