Xbox 1 disc stuck manual eject does not work

I tried manual eject with an alan wrench (1.5mm) from what i understand its the bes tool to use in this situation and i know i hit the manual eject button yet my disc still dosnt come out, my xbox also makes a noise like it is trying to read it but it
dosnt pop upon my xbox that there is a disc in

Seems like to me the disc tray is stuck or the button has malfunctioned. There is a way to eject the tray in case you get a disc stuck in the system. Here is the links below on how to do it.

sometimes discs mess up i had that happen try putting it standing up if its laying down and then pressing the eject button

Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.

Here is a Xbox Support article on how to manually eject a disc if it happens to get stuck. You could try doing this to see if it forces the card out:

If that does not work I would not suggest any home repairs since that will void your warranty. If you are covered by warranty a repair should be free for you.
