    here is the problem I have recently bought a Strike Pack Eliminator for Xb1. I played for 2 days and it went well then on the third day the wireless controller started disconnecting every 15 mins so I would unplug the Strike Pack and plug it back in then
    every 15 minutes it would do it again. I have replaced the Strike Pack & controller but it still is disconnecting. I have contacted the supplier of the Strike Pack and the support went through the trouble shooting steps that they had and it still is disconnecting
    every 15 minutes. I just thought it was odd that it disconnected every 15 minutes. I was wondering if there's a internal switch or something that made it disconnect in such a precise time. I had bought a new wifi replacement card for the Xbox one but I haven't
    installed it. Please help !!!!!

    Did they recommend a power cycle or a soft factory rest? Without knowing what troubleshooting steps they advised it can be hard to give new advice.

    you could try re-syncing your controller with the button above the xbox logo on the controller and below the xbox logo on the console

    Try these two things.

    1. Remove batteries and disconnect headset

    2. Insert batteries

    3. Press Xbox button

    4. Hold View and Menu buttons together for 10 seconds

    5. Controller should power back on

    If that does not work...

    1. Remove batteries and disconnect headset

    2. Connect controller to console with USB cable with no batteries inserted

    3. Leave console at home screen and controller plugged into console, let sit for 5 minutes

    4. Controller should power back on
