    Xbox-1 console won't start up right and I don't know what to do.


    I hold the Xbox button to turn on my Xbox-1, I get the green Xbox screen, and then my screen goes blank, black, I get no sign in screen, the only option I get is when I hold the Xbox button is the 'What do you want to do?' screen with 'Turn off console' 'Turn off controller' 'Restart console' with Magnifier and Narrator in the lower right corner. Choosing "Restart console doesn't help, it just puts back with this problem. Where's my sign in screen ? What do I do ? Please help.

    Hi again, keep trying, the buttons are very sensitive, if you can not, go to offline update.

    Hello DrewN, try the procedure below.

    Turn off the console and unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely turned off.

    Wait 30 seconds and plug the power cord back in.

    Hold down the BIND (located at the bottom front of the console) and EJECT (located on the front of the console) and press the Xbox button on the console.

    Continue by pressing the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10 to 15 seconds.

    Listen to the two tones of "activation", with a few seconds of difference between them.

    Release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second activation tone.

    If your console is the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, it doesn't have the EJECT button. You can turn on Xbox Startup Troubleshooting on this console by keeping only the BIND button and then pressing the Xbox button.

    When you're on the recovery screen, choose the "Reset while keeping games and Apps" option.

    Note.

    -You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    -No data or game save will be lost doing this, everything is done in backup to the cloud servers.

    If your Xbox doesn't get back to normal, do an Offline update on your console.
