Xbox 1 Best Buy bundle gift card not received

A free game and a $50 gift card was the promotion. Xbox 360 dashboard showed the promo ended on 11/8 when actually it ended on the 7th. I purchased the system on the 8th and was not able to get the gift card. I would like some sort of resolution please.

Going digital cheaper?

Been stocking up on Xbox Gift cards all year. So far I have about 100.00 in free Xbox gift cards due to all the sale that have happened.

The best sale so far was about a month ago best buy had 25.00 cards for 20.00 with a bonus 5.00, so 20 for 30 !

The easiest 25.00 gift card I received from MS for free, for just owning a Nokia Lumia 1520 !!

$5 Promo Gift Card For $15 Xbox Gift Card Purchase

I purchased ten (10) $15 dollar Xbox gift cards from Best Buy 5/24/2014. I was given one (1) receipt and uploaded the receipt showing ALL ten (10) $15 Xbox gift cards totaling $150, which can be see in the upload. This morning I only received one (1) $5
promo code. I should have received ten (10) $5 promo code since you can visual see the ten $15 Xbox gift cards.

How do i go about getting this corrected?

By corrected, I mean getting the additional nine (9) $5 promo codes for the nine (9) other $15 Xbox Live cards.

Usually when they say ends on this date they mean at 12am the day of

That's with any promotions

You take a risk or gamble when you leave things to the last min

Since it's an best buy promotion you will have to speak with them

It clearly says 11/6-11/8 not ends at 12am. Nowhere in print does it say or even idicate that on the 8th at 12am the promo is over. 11/6-11/8 means it ends at 1159pm 11/8

This sucks, my xbox disc tray recently broke and now I need to buy a new xbox. I was hoping to improve my K/D. Oh well; best buy has a sweet deal for the holiday bundle xbox. It comes with a free $75 gift card.
