Xbox 0x87DD0006 cant sign in to flight sim

The outage is in regard to a specific game, Dan. Do you have a different network connection that we can try to use such as a mobile hotspot? We can try that out.

I did what you recommended. Still the same thing. It cannot sign me in.

On the xbox app i am signed in. Under services then games and gaming it shows this pic

Still will not sign me in

Seems like the issue is with the network connection itself if we can try a different network connection that would be great.

According to Xbox support: "This may mean that there was a service outage just before you tried to sign in."

As I have checked, there seems to be no issue with Xbox as of the moment which means that we just need to perform troubleshooting steps such as extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
