Xbobx restart while starting the game without showing any error

i downloaded Fifa 2020 via my account (so no CD)

after clicking the game it look like while its loading the xbox make restart without showing any error

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to get past this launch error you're experiencing at the moment. I can totally understand how puzzling this could be. I suggest trying the steps outlined by our support guide entitled the
Xbox Game Freeze Solution as it's specifically put up for launch problems as well as general gameplay issues.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Sometimes its not an error sometimes its the game freezing before it fully starts up

See if your console is overheating? Probably hardware issue causing it to overheating and it forces a restart.

check that you have free air intakes or that you have proper ventilation or otherwise download the game again
