    Hi,

    Trying to play darktide today and the update never started. I tried reinstalling xbox game pass, and now in the general settings i get this error "there was a problem loading installation location".
    I can't change that location anymore. the text input field is not showing. only the error message.
    If i try to install a game nothing happens, other than Gaming services is installed again every time.

    I have tried:
    - reinstalling xbox game pass
    - logging in with the proper account
    - resetting app install location for microsoft services (in the settings, advanced app settings)
    - deleting the darktide folder from previous installation, and deleting the entire C:\XboxGames folder
    and any other suggestion i could find online, with no luck.

    Any clues?

    PC Games Pass Issue, cant see anything - Support is useless, plz help

    I have the same issue.

    The companion xbox console app shows all my games but the xbox app doesn't show my list of games.

    Under settings and General it says ' There was a problem loading installation locations. Try again.

    This issue only happened yesterday.

    Mayne error with the app?

    it let me install and play goat simulator. But, it wont let me play games i have installed already and wont let me download any other games. it gives me and error sayings something went wrong on our side try again.

    Thanks for the help but it randomly stared working again. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling gaming serives but restarted my computer before i installed it and it worked
