XBLR points not updating

Discus and support XBLR points not updating in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; No matter how many purchases I make, how much I spend, my rewards points don't show as pending points and I go months between getting anything put on...     XBLR points not updating


    No matter how many purchases I make, how much I spend, my rewards points don't show as pending points and I go months between getting anything put on my account.

    I have a 5-star level so I should be rewarded for pretty much any purchase I make. But this never happens.

    How can we fix this?

    Punchard not working properly

    my 15,000 points came through today. Thank you to whichever XBLR person fixed my first issue. Hopefully I get an answer about my starcard sometime next week

    Well, i'm not associated with XBLR, but I am wondering about the points, since it doesn't say anything about the 4 month memberships, so I was wondering would I get 40 mps or 30 mps? Sorry for not explaining well.

    We see your last MyVIP payback was for the month of July. In the month of August, you had a pre-order purchase and two in-game consumable purchases, which are not eligible for MyVIP, as defined in the FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Regarding your eligible MyVIP purchases made this month, also from the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
