    XBL Rewards wrong birthday on promotional email


    Hi all, looking to get a data fix or an edit of some kind as my Xbox/Microsoft account has my correct DOB, but my XBL Rewards thinks my birthday is in January? Can we get it fixed? Thanks! XBL Rewards wrong birthday on promotional email :)

    Wish to alter the D.o.B on my rewards account, due to it sending me birthday email at the wrong time of the year, and my other microsoft acounts have the correct D.o.B

    MS ruined my Birthday this year..

    The only gift I received was an email from Xbox Rewards wishing me a happy birthday. But I will be enjoying my birthday playing a lot of Forza 5 and then on my birthday, probably Ghosts, AC4, and Ryse.

    How changing Children for Adult in the Microsoft accès for Xbox one ( by my parent)

    A child account will not be promoted to an adult account until the 18th birthday of the account holder. The is no way to change the birthdate on an XBL account.

    The birthday gift will automatically be added to your pending list in a couple of weeks as long as you qualified on the 1st of the month. The email just tells you happy birthday but doesn't actually have a code or anything you need. The gift is 20 points.

    Very disappointed tonight, over a simple question.

    If you're a member of the Rewards program, they do send out Happy Birthday emails during the month of your birthday. However, neither they nor Microsoft actually send out gifts for birthdays. The items tour friends received may have been from a different
    promotion.

    Sorry about your experience with the ambassador. Ambassadors are not employees of microsoft, we are just fellow gamers like yourself who volunteer to help. So unfortunately there are a few bad eggs.

    Are you saying that I was unsubscribed from XBL Gold at the time? The promotion was for signing up for XBL Rewards, not Gold.
