    XBL Rewards Not Depositing


    I have an ongoing issue with my XBL Rewards not redeeming. I get a message saying my account information needs updating, I have checked my account and everything appears to be normal and the message I get doesn't indicate what the issue is. I've gone around
    in circles with chat support and don't know what else to do, this problem has been ongoing for months and I have over 7k worth of points I can't redeem.

    Please can this be looked into....

    I am having a problem with my XBL rewards not depositing. I previously reported the issue 2 months ago

    and since the initial response from XBLRewards8 I have heard nothing. I've chased this up several times with chat support and they have advised that I raise another forum post.

    Please can this be looked into asap, I currently now have 12k of reward points I cannot access and the only response I'm getting from support on the issue is silence.

    At the time of this posting, we have still not received a resolution for this issue from the team assigned to this error. As discussed in your previous post, this database issue preventing your deposit is occurring on a database outside of our control. Therefore we
    must rely on this team to provide their solution for this issue. Once they provide their solution for this issue, we can proceed with correcting this error. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that this delay is causing. At the current time, this team
    has not provided a estimated resolution date for this issue.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by an internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. We have escalated this issue to another team to resolve,
    but have not yet received an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Hello majiin kirby,

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since your Credits were pending earlier this month, they were automatically scheduled to be included with the end of month deposit cycle. Since you
    have been automatically scheduled for a deposit due to being over 5000 pending Credits, there is no need to request a scheduled deposit manually, so that button has been removed.

    Agreed, as the other poster said. You can't pay with an account balance because you could have had this credit deposited into your account through several methods, such as Rewards points being cashed in for XBL credit. You must pay for subscriptions with
    your own money, not through methods like getting a deposit from the Rewards program, just for an example, so this is why you can't use account credit to pay for it. It must be done with a credit or debit card.
