    Hello i logged in today to XBL rewards site and it showed me this msg under "My Account Info"

    Some of the information we have on file appears to be incorrect. Please

    ensure the birthday associated with your Microsoft Commerce account is

    correct by clicking the button below. If it is in fact correct, please

    create a post in our support forum

    I checked out my birthday date at my account and is correct.
    What i must do?

    I would also suggest signing up for the bing rewards and XBL rewards. I have several thousand points from the bing program and XBL rewards.

    Sorry For Bother... but.. no one is answering today here? I Double Checked my Birthday Date on my account several times, and i can confirm that is 100% correct but my status on XBL Rewards site is still showing a YELLOW LIGHT and requesting to correct/update
    it. Plus i read several messages and threads of lots of ppl here and Forums and at Twitter complaining about similar issues.

    Can Someone plz give us an official answer? Thx a lot in advance XBL Rewards INFORMARTION NEEDED? :)

    Our records indicate an abnormally old birthdate for your account. If you have checked that your records are correct and that your birthdate is accurate, we will have to await for results from an investigation we currently have pending with our platform
    team. When they give us more details on why your account is being flagged, we will update this thread.

    I´m 43 y/o i birth on 1973

    Whats the problem with that?

    I checked my birthday date on account info several times and its ok. 100% ok.

    Plus, my XBL account got more than 10 Years without problems.

    Btw i read some answers from yuo to other ppl where you said that there is a MASSIVE incident with th DB that are causgin those issues like mine..

    Since yesterday almost all ppl is having and issue with the rewards site and is haveing a YELLOW light on information, like me.

    Apparently there is a big issue with the DB that is affecting lots of XBL Rewards users like me and others, the question is...

    Plz can someone, give us a real and accurate answer about this topic?

    I think that having too much ppl affected, may be, we need to have an Sticky Thread explaining the situation to all users.

    I noticed that there are lots and lots of ppl with the same problem like me... i mean getting a YELLOW LIGHT on XBL REWARDS asking for "UPDATE THE BIRTHDAY DATE" and all of us are having our BIRTHDAY DATE CORRECT!

    Then i think that we are facing a massive Database error issue.

    Here i paste, some of the threads i found with ppl with the same problem, as a kind of e.g.

    My xbl rewards page states that my birthday needs to be updated.

    i've been asked to update my date of birth but ut is correct

    Acount needs information

    Plus, i noticed that other lots of ppl are having similar issues with other Data of their profiles, like Email, billing info, etc...

    I think that would be a good idea to post a sticky Thread where ppl like us can find a definitive answer to our enquiries cause is a fact that we are being affected by some kind of MASSIVE ERROR in the SYSTEM, and we are waiting for an answer individually when
    is not need to do that.

    Can someone answer when this gonna be sorted out and fixed?
