Hello,

Just wanted to know how long does it take for the system to know you pre-ordered one the eligible games for the punchcard? Because the last game I pre-ordered was a little while ago & anyway I already had pre-ordered 3 of the games before the last one I
pre-ordered but the punchcard hasn't been updated yet (**** shown in the picture below). Also, is there a way to change our profile picture cuz my profile pic doesn't seem to update & match the one I use on my XBL account.

Punchcard Promotion XBL Rewards

This is something I was previously told would sort itself out and not to worry a month ago, however has not sorted itself out and has left me facing £100s spending with nothing rewarded.

There is an offer, a punch card for games being pre-ordered, the reward is 15,000 credits. I had to pre-order 3 games to get that reward.I ordered WWE 2k18, StarWars Battlefront 2 and finally Assassins Creed Origins. On the list it kept telling me that
I ordered 2 games... I count 3 premium titles that were listed.

Upon checking my account again, it's now showing all qualifying titles, under WWE and Battlefront is 'YOU'VE PRE-ORDERED' Under origins however simply a released tag, no mention of me spending £80 on it when it first came to the store.

I had it checked by one of your colleagues and they said that it shows on my account as a pre-order,but to contact again should it not come up, Origins had issues not installing add-ons from the pre-order and fails to show certain aspects of the game
that I had to be re-credited for.

Normally rewards are not an issue to me, but 15,000 is more than £15 worth of credit, that could buy a lot of content and not something I'm willing to just put down to a technical glitch.

Can someone please give me a coherent answer to my issue and explain how it will be resolved?

Hi Mr Xerves. Your Final Fantasy pre-order didn't register to the offer, but that purchase does complete the punchcard. You'll see Credits for that by early next week. Thanks for your continued patience.

All i can say is sit tight for and see what happens around the middle of the month.

Check the dates on the punchcard. If you pre-ordered before the punchcard became available, it would not be eligible. If you pre-ordered after, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the rewards site.
