  1. XBL: How do I assure that my email associated with my Microsoft Commerce account is correct?


    Hi, good evening to whom it may concern. I am having trouble on Xbox Live Rewards concerning on my Current Account Info.

    On MyAccount Info it displays a yellow light Account Status on my Xbox Live Rewards Account - in which says more info is needed. It explains that "some of the information we have on file appears to be incorrect." However everything in my account seems correct,
    which brings me to ask some support:

    I would like to know - how should I confirm that the personal email and account info associated with my Microsoft Commerce account is correct?

    We see that you are raising this yellow light issue due to emails being unable to be delivered in the past. Can you confirm that this is no longer the case, and that you are currently receiving emails?

    This notification should go away by the end of next week. If it returns, let us know as soon as possible as it will be a more accurate indication that your emails are not being delivered.

    We see that you are getting this notification because our system is reporting that your emails have been failing to deliver. Can you roughly recall the last time that you received a email from our program, and confirm that you would like these messages?
    While this notification does not mean your account is being negatively impacted, you may not be correctly receiving potentially important emails from us.
