XBL disconnects when I load PvZ:GW

We just picked up Garden Warfare from Redbox to try it out before we purchased it. We signed into XBL from the main screen and then load the game. Before the main game screen, we see a msg that "XBL has been disconnected". At this point, of course, you
can't do a thing in the game.

So if you exit, you'll then see a msg that XBL has been reconnected. I can't figure it out.

I can do everything just fine within XBL, but literally as soon as we load the game, it disconnects. Is there something I'm missing?

Plants vs zombies gw ... origin sign in

I am on xbox one I cant find any matches for pvz gw because I need to sign in to my origin account..... does anyone know how to sign in your origin accouny for pvz gw please tell...

 

PvZ GW disc loads store.

Try un-installing the game and then re-installing it again. Maybe it will resolve your issue. you could also try a console reset. Go to settings, console and updates and select reset console. Choose keep everything and your console will restart. After it
loads back up again you'll go through a quick set-up and have to sign in again but hopefully your issue will be resolved.
