XBL=Crap, fix this Netflix problem.

I've seen multiple posts inside multiple threads of multiple users all having the same problems, but the only response they get is, "Go make a thread about your individual problem." So I'm making my own post here hoping someone will finally fix this problem;
although, I'm sure no one at Microsoft gives a flying bandersnatch about 360 users anymore. I try to watch a 25 minute episode of something in Netflix from my bed before I go to sleep and it disconnects me every 30 seconds. Its terribly frustrating to re-route
back to the dashboard to have it automatically sign me back into XBL so there was never a connection problem. I stay in bed get out the smartphone it plays Netflix perfect. Go to my laptop 6 feet away and it plays Netflix perfectly fine, but the 360? Lord
no. It never plays for more than 10 minutes (what I'd give just for it to play for 10 minutes everytime). For the love of whatever higher power you believe in fix this already. How many dissatisfied customers do you need? Its no wonder Sony's gonna blow you
out of the water (especially with the way the handle or controlled The Interview issue).

You can try restarting your xbox to see if that fixes the problem. Any service alerts dealing with XBL can be found at this link:
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

If the problem is with Netflix only try deleting Netflix and redownloading it.

 

FIX THIS CRAP!!!

HELLO?!? DOES ANYONE AT MICROSOFT CARE ABOUT THE COMPANY GETTING A BAD RAP BECAUSE OF EITHER LAZINESS OR INCOMPETENCY? Every time anyone is trying to play, either the server won't connect or it the game closes right after purchasing tickets!! If you techies
aren't smart enough to figure out the problem, call Mr. Gates. I'm sure he has the brain capacity to fix the glitch!
