XBL CORE SERVICES ARE DOWN BUT FOR HOW LONG?

I do not wish to Come off as a disrespectful or disgruntled client that has been subscribed to Xbox live forever but I've never had this happen to me I've been lucky up until now. Soooo when will you get it back up when will y'all get Xbox live core services back up go team Microsoft. You can tell me 4:00 a.m. you could tell me a month from now any answer would be good.

And if this was a planned maintenance thing don't do it on a Friday do I don't know Monday afternoon or morning preferably I don't know but like 12:00 I don't know this sucks.

I saw something on the Internet about July 17th of I think 2020 and it seemed to have resolved itself within that same day so who knows I'm Central Time zone probably be back up around 4:00 a.m. that's just the random estimation guess thank you guys for your time and also her tail that whenever Japanese company starts to go under you know bankruptcy know they don't fire the janitors and let go of the little guys the first one to start taking pay guts are the CEOs and higher up the enchilon

Then why is it only a volunteer can answer and not anyone from Xbox/Microsoft? They Made sure that was part of the problem so they didn't have to answer questions.

They never give an ETA because they don't know exactly when it will be fixed.

Sorry smwutches don't mean to take my frustrations out on you. But there really should be somewhere and sometime from Xbox/Microsoft fielding these questions. As a world wide company there should be employees in 24/7. The fact you can't reach anyone from there shows the lack of interest and lack of care

let's just go off of history as it tends to obviously repeat itself...

so how long was it down the last time?

The last time Xbox live core services went down was it down for a couple hours or a week half a month or full month I don't know just tell me what happened last time.
