XBL badge not showing

    XBL tenure badge not showing

    Hey there Xemnarth!

    Have you recently renewed your Xbox Live subscription after a brief lapse? If your subscription lapsed at all, sometimes your tenure may not update properly until your next billing anniversary. Keep an eye out on changes to your tenure and let us know XBL badge not showing :)

    My Xbox Live Gold tenure badge recently stopped appearing everywhere except the Xbox 360. I already have 9 years as a Gold member and I'm already subscribed to Gold. Please fix. Gamertag:

    XBL badge not showing

    If you are referring to the tenure badge on your gamercard/profile, that is not an Xbox Live Rewards issue and they will be unable to assist you. They can only assist with the Xbox Live Reward Program located here: rewards.xbox.com

    You will want to post in Xbox Live Support to see if you can get assistance there.
