Xbiox Live 50 EUR Card Code redeemed successfully - money not on my account

Hi.

I bought a prepaid Xbox live 50 EUR card on ebay, redeemed the code and got a confirmation on the screen that I indeed successfully redeemed it. But the credit is not on my account.

I think I know why:

I live in Germany, my account is registered in Germany, but since the xbox one doesn't support English as language I chose UK as "home country". Now I knew that I couldn't use a EUR card in the UK Store, so I switched my profile to "Slovakia", because it
supports EUR and English as language. So I redeemed the code in the Slovakian store. Now if I want to buy something in the German or Slovakian store, the 50 EUR credit is not registered. I have 0 EUR in the Slovakian store ("add billing information" button
if I want to pay sth) and a few EUR from XBL rewards in my German store.

Ok, I know I know, probably my own fault since this region swapping is against AUP of XBL, but in my defence, I didn't try to save money / cheat on MS. I live in Germany, bought a EUR card off German Ebay and tried to buy sth in a European Store. Also, I
play Xbox since the first console launched in Europe and bought like a 100 games for MS consoles, 7 years XBL member, bought tons of DLC etc etc, so just in case anybody tries to compare my situation to some illegal activities, just stop it. If everybody would
support the Xbox brand as I did, MS probably couldn't handle the success if you know what I mean. I just want to play my games in English, and the Xbox one doesn't support that. That's one of several questionable design choices in the Xbox One operating system,
but that's another story...

Long story short: I invested several thousands of dollars/ EUR in MS products and never tried to flash my 360 or anything. Now I want my 50 EUR back to invest even further.

Anyway, questions:

Is there a possibility to "rescue" my code?

Is MS support able to type in the code and track it?

If I buy another prepaid code and I enter it in the German store, will it work even though I have used and will use "UK" as region?

Pre Paid Card Not going on?

I successfully redeemed some gift cards. $50 shows up on my account on my browser, but XBox Live Marketplace says I have $0. Any ideas?

I just redeemed a EUR gift card .

I used many currency in my account long time ago .US$ ,UK£ and Eur .My account is full of different address and all ,can you help me make my account right in every way ?

It'd not questionqble all systems only support only the national language its not new

Ask Germany how strict their local laws are

FYI if you buy a German prepaid code it stays in Germany

Currency cards are region locked since day one and since the ms points why I'm heavens name would you think otherwise

Slovakia isn't even an Xbox one region

Its only a Xbox 360 region

And no since its a prepaid card it can't be returned

Refunds only go back to the original payment option on file since you are breaking the tou anyways

 

In order to get UK currency you need to buy UK currency card and have an uk account

Currency cards are region locked due to the different tax laws

It sdoes not matter if you want English content you have to follow international laws

Usk is amoung the strictest in the world

And they don't allow violent games that has hate and torturethats why region locks exist and you can't get us or UK or any foreign content

Maybe you should start reading German laws since they actually apply to gaming

 

Not sure if Slovakia is supported check on your Xbox one if you can login

If you can then its supported but currency cards have been region locked and you would need a Slovakian currency card or wait till your 4months is up and transfer back to germany

 

FYI Xbox one digital games are region locked

So most likely any triple a titles like halo and titanfal to cod is going to be region locked

It is only disc editions that are region free

Both Germany and Slovakia have EUR as currency, I bought a 50 EUR card, so that shouldn't be the problem.

Also I redeemed the code on my XBOX One, in the Slovakian Store and there was a message with sth like: "successfully added 50 EUR to your account". Slovakia is a Xbox one region, otherweise I couldn't have changed the region to it on my Xbox one.

Again, I didn't use the pc other than buying the code off ebay. Everything else was performed on my actual Xbox one.

By the way, I had no problem loading my COD ghosts season pass from the UK Store, same with demos like Dead Rising, which was not even offerend in the German store.

But even if I can't buy anything from the Slovakian store, why isn't my my money linked to my account? That's what I don't get. If I redeem the code as "" it should at least work in the German shop, shouldn't it?

 

Problem solved.

I just talke dto the Xbox support and they checked my profile. The 50 EUR are linked to the Slovakian shop, so all I had to do was adding a valid Slovakian billing address. After that the 50 EUR were visibile and could be used to buy the season pass I wanted.
Just did, worked like a charm.
