    Netflix keeps crashing as I try to open. I have done a hard reboot. I have tried a complete uninstall. Still the same problem. I downloaded assassin's creed 40gb update and tetras yesterday while using Netflix (working at the time) . What is going on then?

    Yes, and I'm returning my Xbox One due to this issue. You should be able to watch Netflix on Xbox. It was one of the reasons I bought an Xbox One. Microsoft is doing nothing about it. That's the kind of *** customer service I won't put up with anymore. Returning
    all games too.

    So; I start up netflix and it crashes once it gets to the black screen with red lettering. Anyone else suffering from the same problem?

    Quick update:

    New IOS Version (10.3) and the latest XB1 Smartglass update (released 29th March).

    No change, app still crashes on startup.

    It's really insulting that Microsoft does not have a fix for this. I shouldn't have to re-download netflix to watch a movie (or part of one)! It's embarassing when you're macking on a chick and you can't even get NETFLIX to work lol. I'm done with Xbox.
    This has been a *** experience (bought first Xbox [one] about 24 days ago).

    Yep. I'm having the same problem. Sling TV is working fine on my Roku which is hooked up via wifi. But it's crashing and freezing on the xb1, which is hooked up via Ethernet cable. It's not my connection and it's not Sling TV. It's either the app or the
    xb1 that's the problem. I tried reinstalling the app and no difference. Netflix and other streaming services work fine.
