    Hello,

    When using the Xbox wireless headset with mic monitoring on medium or high, once it picks up my voice or ambient noise there is significant static/feedback. Is there any way to fix this?

    Same!! I thought mine was busted. This just started happening within the last hour for me and I can’t stand that static. Have to turn off the mic monitoring which obviously isn’t something I want to do. There has to be a fix outside of returning the things.

    I upgraded to their wireless headset over Christmas, and mic monitoring is working on that device.

    I am now assuming the wired mic monitoring has a limitation due to the lack of power or something similar.

    Anyways, wanted to share with everyone. If you want mic monitoring you can hear, upgrade to the wireless model!
