x80040900 error code on xbox one s

Hi guys,

I receive the following error code when booting up my xboxone s. I look for a solution on the support site but fine nothing related. After pressing close it just goes to a black screen.

I have an xbox one and an xbox one S. No account can sign in on the xbox one but are able to one the xbox one S. Keep Getting Error code 0x87DD0006

this error code is only happening on my xbox one s but it lets me play my games on my day one xbox one

 

I'm having the same issue, my xbox was working perfectly earlier, i turned it off, came back to turning it on around an hour later and i got the green loading screen for 20 mins followed by a black screen with this message! It eventually loads the home menu
but none of the apps or settings are working, they just keep failing to load. I've tried resetting multiple times but nothing is happening, still having the same issues. (I have a 2015 Xbox One that has worked perfectly with no issues until today)

 

Same exact thing happend to me as well. I called their support line. According to the rep this is due to updates not being downloaded correctly...he suggested i connect my xbox directly to my modem via an ethernet cable and trying to boot it up again. I
honestly haven´t tried this solution just yet but I´ll let you know if it works.

 

I'm having the same issues but on a smaller scale....seems to be happening to a lot of ppl....Hopefully xbox support gets on this soon
