x7377 error constantly showing up

My Xbox one keeps giving me and error while watching Netflix saying can't connect right now error a x7377. Looked it up on the error code check and it didn't show up. Googled it and it didn't turn up anything. Netflix doesn't have anything about it either
in their support. Anything I can do about it or do I have to wait for an update?

netflix being slow on comcast

Had it not buffer correctly at the girlfriends house and now my Xbox gave me an error code of X7377. So has to be Netflix

My Xbox doesn't want too so anything

Is my Xbox One showing signs of failure because weather I'm playing an Xbox, 360, or One game, or I choose too watch a DVD/Blu-ray disc, or even decide too watch Netflix I constantly receive an error code.

I've seen people reporting weird issues with all of their apps. It appears that for onedrive updates some part of your accounts may have been logged out even though it appears you are logged in on the xbox one.

Its generally fixed by doing a clean boot (hold in power for 10 seconds, power off, power on again) or can also be fixed by logging out of xbox live (click on your icon, sign out) and logging back in.

Let me know if this fixes the issue for you - seems some accounts are stuck in limbo as if they are logged in but they're not.

I've noticed a few unwanted changes in the netflix app as well since the last update. I have been getting subtitles at the start of any show or movie I select, and I have to pick up the controller and turn it on, and then turn subtitles off manually at the
beginning of every show. The app keeps freezing on me and giving me error code x7377 at times, hit or miss, really annoying. Also, there needs to be a fix to the mores episodes option. I suggest that you have the menu button added functionality to scroll over
the show you want to watch and select which episodes from there if at all possible. Which I'm sure microsoft's programmers can handle. Subtitles should be optional only. Next the search menu needs to be updated, to where I can either use Smartglass to type
the title I'm searching or I can use my keyboard. The controller should be a last resort if there is no planned changes to the interface.

Disc read error 3.1 now coming up constantly, same as before.
