    X박스 컨트롤러 사망 [Translation - Xbox Controller dies]


    PC 하드웨어를 새로 구매하여 OS(윈도우10)까지 새로 설치를 했습니다.

    그 후에 기존에 사용하던 Xbox컨트롤러를 으로 사용하 했는데 PC에서 인식을 하지 못했습니다.

    단순히 촉 불량으로 생각했는데 윈도우7을 사용하는 PC에서는 아무 이상없이 작동했습니다.

    드라이버 문 일 것이라 생각하 윈도우10 업데이트를 확인해봤는데

    업데이트는 최 업데이트까지 완료된 상태였

    USB포트 변경, USB 변경, 재부팅 후 컨트롤러 다시 연결 등

    마이크로소프트에서 지원하는 여러가지 방법으로 시도해보았지만 혀 반응이 없었습니다.

    연결 자체가 되질 않으니 Xobx액세서리는 혀 도움이 안됐습니다만 설치는 했습니다.

    그러던 중 장치관리자를 들여다보며 몇 차례 컨트롤러의 원버튼을 눌 더니

    어느 순간 연결이 됐습니다.

    Xbox controller가 아닌 XINPUT으로 말이 ...

    뭐 일단 연결이 됐으니 Xbox액세서리 앱을 실행해서 업데이트를 시도했습니다.

    그런데 이게 무슨 일입니까...!!

    2~3분의 시간동안 업데이트는 0%에서 진행되지 않

    멀쩡하던 컨트롤러의 원이 꺼 버 습니다.

    연결이 다시 끊긴건가 생각하 원버튼을 눌러봤지만 무반응...

    3초가량 누르 있어봤는데 여 히 무반응... (이 행동을 20여번은 반복했습니다)

    무슨 이 인지는 모르 지만

    방금 까지만해도 다른 PC에서 멀쩡히 작동되던 컨트롤러가

    새 PC하드웨어+새로 설치한 윈도우10 환경에서 인식되지 않다가

    갑작스 인식되더니 Xbox액세서리 앱의 업데이트를 하던 중 사망 상태에 이르 습니다...

    갑자기 이 게 되버리니 많이 당황스럽 슬프 억울하네요

    AS를 받으 면 구매 영수증도 필요하다던데...

    3년 가까이 된 영수증을 보관하는 개인user가 몇 명이나 되 습니까?

    굳이 구매내역을 찾으라 하면 카드 사용 내역을 뒤 서라도 찾아내 지만

    대형 마트 게임 코너에서 구매한 물건인지라

    컨트롤러를 구매했다는 내용은 혀 표기돼있지 않습니다.

    이 억울한 상황을 어떻게 해결해야합니까?

    I bought a new PC hardware and installed it to the OS (Windows 10).

    After that, I tried to use an existing Xbox controller as a landline, but my PC didn't recognize it.


    I thought it was simply a bad contact, but on a PC using Windows 7, it worked without any more.

    I think the driver will be a problem and I've checked the Windows 10 update

    The update was completed with the latest update.

    USB Port Change, USB line change, reboot after controller, etc.

    I tried several methods supported by Microsoft, but it didn't respond at all.

    The XOBX accessory is not helpful at all, but the installation did not become the connection itself.

    I then looked into the Device Manager and pressed the power button on the controller a few times.

    I was connected at any moment.

    With XINPUT, not Xbox controller...

    Well, once I got connected, I ran the Xbox accessory app and tried to update it.

    But what happened to this...!!

    The update does not go from 0% for a period of 2 to 3 minutes.

    The controller was powered off.

    I think the connection is broken again, I tried pressing the power button, no response...

    I've been holding it for 3 seconds. (We've repeated this behavior over 20 times)

    I don't know why.

    The controller was working fine on another PC just before

    New PC hardware + newly installed Windows 10 is not recognized in the environment

    When I was suddenly aware of an Xbox accessory app update, I was killed...

    Suddenly, I'm so embarrassed and sad.

    We also need a purchase receipt to receive AS...

    How many individual users will keep receipts that are close to 3 years old?

    If you find a purchase history, you can walked around the card history.

    It was purchased at the supermarket game corner.

    The purchase of the controller is not indicated at all.

    How should I address this wrongful situation?

    Thank you for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with your Xbox Controller following and update on your PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Is the controller an Xbox One or Xbox 360 controller?

    You may wish to try the following troubleshooting articles, if you haven't already, to pinpoint what may be happening with the controller and your PC:

    If you've been unable to update the controller using the Xbox Accessories app, then you may need to attempt to update it using a console (if possible). If the controller will not update, then it may need to

    request an Xbox controller replacement    .

    Hi Fellow gamer,

    If the above suggestion doesn't work and it is a standard controller. Unfortunately, you will need to replace controller. Standard controller come with a 90 day warranty. Hope this helps.

    Sorry to hear it. If you need to get a repair on the controller you can set this up at https://devicesupport.microsoft.com. You will need to register the controller with the console first using the s/n in the controllers battery case
