    X/S downloads


    Hi I’m having issues with my x/s game downloads they are just staying in the queue and saying finishing things up and not fully finishing installing I can still play the games but cannot install any extra content or add ons as it’s not recognising it as being fully installed. X box one and 360 games install and finish up just fine. Any ideas I’ve logged in/out switched off/on but no change.

    Keep in mind you need a compatible system to download to

    Xbox series s/x or pc

    No xbox one s or x

    GTA V xbox one X|S version

    Xbox one isn't xbox one s or x compatible they are all compatible it's only the x that has some enhancements but generally the game will download on any xbox one

    Series x is just xbox series s or x

    Not xbox one s

    He is downloading his games that he used to play on an S to the X. There is games that will download the 4k content on the X where it would not before on the S.

    4k content will take more space to install on the hard drive. Which means he will be installing less games on the X than what he could install on the S.

    I have the Xbox one X project Scorpio, I was told that the game can be downloaded in any serie X or serie S (included mine), thanks for the help!!
    Game can only be downloaded on a Series S and Series X, but not an Xbox One X. Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X.

    An Xbox One S will not download the game enhancements for an Xbox One X.

    As it clearly states in the store "Xbox One X Enhanced", not Xbox One S.
