    Hey guys, before we say 'take the batteries out' or 'restart the console' I've done everything to no success. I've been all over Xbox forms and the Internet to find out what's happening..

    I haven't split anything on my controller and cleaned the X button with a alcohol wipe, I hardly doubt it was the problem as it isn't stuck but did it to be safe. I have no other media remotes connected. I've updated my controller too.

    I can't use YouTube or even play a game because I can't reload. If I bring up the xbox keyboard it's okay but as soon a touch ANY button the xbox button X just randomly starts phantom pressing itself full power. My dashboard scrolling is wayyyy to fast too.

    I only got my console on the 27/12/2019. If there is no alternative could I please know the location of where to send my controller to in UK?? I don't really fancy spending £60 on a controller when I've only got 3 months out of this one. I tried finding
    where to send my controller to but the Xbox Support is currently down and just keeps loading. Thanks, Jamie

    I've have issues like that. I took the batteries out and put them back in. Seemed to work for me. You might need a new controller.

    Have you checked that no other button are stuck? I had that problem and it ended up being a stuck option button.

    I've have issues like that. I took the batteries out and put them back in. Seemed to work for me. You might need a new controller.
    It's happened on my old controller (which I'm using now it's absolutely battle worn lol) but the issue had resolved itself after a while or two but this has been going consistently nonstop
