    My Holiday Punchcard Not Awarded But I Met All Criteria!

    I posted in X Box Live Rewards Forum:
    forums.xbox.com/.../4415522.aspx     on 5th January, had nothing since, contacted X Box support and X Box Rewards team several times via twitter and getting either no response (X Box Rewards) or useless responses telling me to post in/tweet to different places
    (X Box Support). Instead of passing the buck why not just sort this issue out for me please!

    X Box X rewards

    Credits are automatically deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Or, if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards
    section of the site and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

    well im x box is switched on so the software should have logged me in to the microsoft rewards
