X box x controller does not vibrate when gaming

To turn off Controller vibration:



-Press the Guide Button (The Big silver shiny button in the middle of the controller that looks like the Xbox logo)

-Press Right on the D-pad until you get to the 'Settings' menu.

-Then go down and select 'Preferences' on the Settings menu.

-Go down and select 'Vibration' on the Preferences menu.

-Uncheck the box for 'Enable Vibration



That's it!

Seems the confusion may be in the 'X' button reference... The Guide Button is seperate from the 'X' button. =)

This doesnt answer my question. Im already experiencing dolby atmos audio on my system on my regular x box one. The question im asking is, which you must not have knowledge of, is does the x box one s play dolby atmos on all of the atmos enabled games like
the x box one x does. The base model x box one, which i have, does not support atmos on some games, like rise of the tomb raider and shadow of the tomb raider and assassins creed, while it does on some, like gears of war 4 and 5 and for honor. Maybe you
weren't aware of this. The question im asking is does the x box one s support dolby atmos on ALL of the atmos enabled games like the x does. If it does i will buy one so that i can have dolby atmos functionality on all such games, without having to spend
the higher cost of the x. Can you answer THIS question?

I personally enjoy the controller vibration, but users should have the ability to shut them off if they like.

same as everyone here, when i press "X" to reload in Call of Duty Ghosts it vibrates and makes a buzzing noise (appears to be on the right hand side of the controller). I would appreciate it if someone from Xbox would comment as to whether or not it is game
specific or it is a problem with the controller

I have the Robot White X Series controller, with all firmware updates. I use it on my PC via blutooth. I continue to have this issue as well as long as vibration is enabled. Try turning off vibration (we shouldnt have to) to stop the controller from disconnecting. But when will we have a REAL RESOLUTION MICROSOFT?!?!?!!?
