X-Box Series X can't connect to internet

Sorry to hear about your issue. Let's do our best to sort this out.

Just to confirm, you don't see any wireless network available on your console to connect with?

If that so, let's try to simply restart your console by pressing and holding the power button then press Restart. If it doesn't work, let's do a power cycle. Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

If it's still doesn't work, our best option is to perform a factory reset to remove potentially corrupted data on your console.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

W: Hardware setup

X: Connection End - Means connection to X-box live servers has failed

Y: Internet setup type 00A8 - E840 U.S.A. Version Wireless Receiver for X-Box 360 Console. Others would be Ethernet cable or out of U.S.A. model of receiver.

Z: X-Box Policy Offenses. 0000 - 0000 = No X-box offenses. Any other = Ban or Suspension

I'm playing on Xbox series x. No problem playing games on multiplayer with good internet connection. But for some reason I can't get gamepass to load.

Same on muitiple xbox one x, xbox series x, xbox 360. Internet fine not connecting to xbox network.

Tried it, no dice. Still stuck with no connection to internet-x box live.
