    Good day,

    I have a Hisense 50B7100UW UHD Smart TV that I've owned for about two years now. On Tuesday, 16 August 2022, I got a new X-Box Series S console. When I connect the console to the TV with an HDMI cable it doesn't show anything. It just continues displaying the message that shows when nothing is connected: Weak or no signal. Make sure your device is connected properly. When I remove the cable, it shows HDMI3 Signal Lost. It displays fine on my Dell monitor with a resolution of 1080p. I have tried the following with no luck:

    • Toggling between the Standard and Enhanced HDMI formats on the TV
    • Hard reset: Hold the power button for 10 seconds and unplugging the console for 30 seconds, 1 minute, an entire night
    • Resetting the display settings to a resolution of 640x480 by holding the sync and power buttons
    • Restoring the console through the Troubleshoot screen
    • Tried different HDMI cables including Ultra High Speed
    • Checked if the TV still works with other devices
    • Unplugged the TV from the outlet for 1 minute, 1 hour, an entire night
    • Tried all three HDMI ports
    Does anyone know what I haven't tried that might work?

    Lukho, Have you tried connecting your console to another TV to check if everything is ok?

    You can test this process in order to open the solution screen. If successful, choose "reset"

    Let's try to solve it that way here. See if the solution screen opens

    Disconnect the network cable if using a wired network connection.

    Turn off the console and unplug the power cord to ensure the console is completely turned off.

    Wait 30 seconds and plug in the power cord again.

    Hold down the BIND(sync) (located on the bottom front of the console) button and press the Xbox button on the console.

    Keep pressing the BIND button for 10 to 15 seconds

    .

    Listen to the two “activation” tones with a few seconds of difference between them. Release the BIND button after the second activation tone.

    I'd stick to HDMI 1 if we're you

    With low end no name brands their best ports are HDMI 1 and 2 usually with HDMI 1 most of the tjme
