    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you may be experiencing with a season pass. To help clarify and for better support, What type of season pass are you trying to use?

    I recommend to try this

    • Sign out and back in to the Store
      • Log out and back into the Microsoft Store. To do that, right-click on your profile picture (top right) and click Sign out. Now restart your PC and log back in.

    lol, i'm pretty much done with x box as it is. i'm enjoying kicking off about this, probably more than i enjoy playing the games.

    i'm really not that bothered.

    x box has sucked for a while with all these season passes, dlc's coming out on the day the game is release and 99% being sequels.

    Um it is not the xboxs fault that it has season passes, dlc coming out on the day the game it is released. How misinformed or ignorant can you actually be? The same thing happens on the ps3. It is the game developers decision to have season passes or dlc
    that comes out on the same day. It has nothing to do with microsoft. How could you not know this?

    I am having the same problem, I purchased this bundle earlier this morning, and I did not get the seasonal pass for borderlands. When will this be solved and when will we see the seasonal pass being downloaded to our x box one console? Am also adding my
    name/gamertag to this list and forum. And I hope I will not have to be paying an extra amount of money to download the seasonal pass, which was suppose to be included in this bundle deal. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
