X box rewards still not showing

i made a post a few months ago about x box love rewards and still I do not understand

My rewards are not showing I have spent a lot of money in the time I have been a member (2015)

I just don’t understand how my account is not a Vip and getting any sort of reward I mean I have probably made around 50 purchases this year.

Also I am wondering why from my sign up date I havnt recived one reward?

I really need some one to look into this as all my games are digitally down loaded I have bought FIFA points I have bought controllers I have also bought add ons for games and still nothing.

A reply from My last post was this I have even matched that criteria in the last 2 months

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

How to link xbox account with rewards

I have purchaced several games on th x box console while under my account since signing up for xbox rewards and I am still showing 0 rewards. Am I not suppose to buy games from the console to get rewards?

Is the x box rewards still offering the b-day gifts?

I have just been going through my history for the year and have spent more than £1000 and it stillness is saying I havent spent any on the rewards ever

To not have any thing for the years Iv been a customer isn’t not correct is it?

As mentioned in the previous response you put in your post:

Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

We see that the overwhelming majority of your purchases since the last MyVIP recalibiration at the end of 2016 have been in-game consumables, which are not eligible for MyVIP. This is also stated in the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since your purchases have not completed any offers, and you have no MyVIP stars for any non-offer purchases, you have not been awarded any Credits.
