Discus and support X Box payment in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have uploaded the payment in my xbox account and got the message "The payment option on an existing subscription was decline, blocking this purchase"...     I have uploaded the payment in my xbox account and got the message "The payment option on an existing subscription was decline, blocking this purchase" I check the account at account.microsoft.com/service, but I don't find an answer what to do and be able
    to play fortnight X Gold.

    Visa credit card payment can't be authorized

    Yes it happens on the console AND the site. Don't know what to do. it just simply sais; can't authorize payment try a different payment option. Tried to delete it and renew it but my x-box live subscription is on it so i can't remove it before calling etc.
    this is to much effort.. ( yes cr card works fine with the x-box live payment monthly).

    I purchased live gold for x box £39.99 in February my granddaughter put code in tonight and I have been charged £6.00 it says for 3 month live as I already paid for 1 year don’t understand why it has come up with this code no is 2CWPX-CHX7X-CMM6C-46K4Y-3FXWZ

    Yes I cancelled the payment through paypal … but they had told me to contact Microsoft . My ultimate goal is to get signed up for X Box Live subscription .

    I downloaded the two X-Box One games for September (Hitman collection and Forza 6) and they worked great.

    I decided I wanted to see if I could download the Tekken 360 game and when it pops up, it has a show price button (or similar) and the resulting window says I haven't specified a payment option (I have, I set payment option on X-Box One for Pay Pal and even
    downloaded a dinky arcade game Ms Pacman paying $4 or so using this payment option).

    I thought maybe this game was restricted to 360 only or something, so I went into the store and found another 360 game (Galaga Legions) and tried to actually buy the game for $9.99 or whatever and I got the same results. On the see price button window, it
    says I haven't specified a payment option and there's no way to buy that game or download it.

    I'm new to X-Box console, so what am I doing wrong?
