    X Box One X


    Changed over from a Playstation to X Box after many years of trouble free gaming to save space as it has a 4K player. Worked fine for 1 month then fired it up one day and no display came through, message was no signal check source!! Changed HDMI ports
    changed input, changed cables, changed tv for another one, still the same. Under warranty got a new unit. Two monthes later same issue. Same trouble shooting scenario. Took back to the shop and got a refund and bought a Playstation Pro Will have to buy a 4K
    bluray player but will cop that. Microsoft youve let me down and you obviously have an issue!!!

    Can I just say that these details are for X Box One and they are not the same for X Box 360. There are no options for technical support on X Box 360.

    I can verify that x-box one games will transfer from web to the x box one. The free game of the month will only work on the 360 there is no backwards compatibility feature on the x box one as of yet.
