    X Box One X Serious Issues. Can anyone help?


    Hi folks

    This is an odd one to be honest! In short, I have had problems with Destiny 2 for several months now. The music and speech keeps cutting in and out, and there is tremendous lag on loading times for entering into activities, and the game freezes and I get kicked out. The Destiny community stated it was not the game but my internet.

    My internet is fine.

    However, it started doing the same thing with Master Chief Collection the past two weeks and has frozen repeatedly. I have a nagging feeling the console is slowing to a crawl and has serious issues with latency online. I fear it is going to die. Has anyone had a similar issue? Oddy, it can play 4K UHD blu rays just fine and I think any game offline as well.

    But its not my internet as no other device has an issue, and my download speed is 40mbps. Would appreciate any advice!

    Other devices doesn't require a real time connection, Pc, mobile phones and Tv can have a buffer that allows them to lose connection for moments without having issues

    Console uses a real time connection to play online ganes, the fact that the console works perfectly on other services means that during online games you are losing connection or it's not being a stable speed, have you tried resetting the network or using a different one?

    Yes, I've gone to the website to download X Box One games to my library, but I cannot.

    To clarify again, I don't have an X Box One console so I cannot install it. The message will say I don't have the required device.

    I do have a one year gold membership, pre-paid card.

    In the past, games with gold can allow me to add an X Box One game to my library even without an X Box One console. If I purchase an X Box One console, my free games with gold games will be in the library.

    Now there is no option online to add the X Box One game to add to the account unless I own a X Box One console.

    Hopefully, you can help further. If not, thanks for the reply anyways.

    Can I just say that these details are for X Box One and they are not the same for X Box 360. There are no options for technical support on X Box 360.

    X-Box One - Can't log in, rebooted the router many times and no help. Rebooted the X-Box many times and no help. Even when the X-Box is sitting next to the router it will drop out. Computer's are fine, log in and no drop out at all, even the computer that
    has a wireless connection and is in a far bedroom. The X-Box is constantly dropping out and always a problem with log in. Carrier is Spectrum, no problems there. Out of two Windows Ten computers, a Samsung Smart TV there has never been issues, but X-Box is
    a constant problem.

    I can verify that x-box one games will transfer from web to the x box one. The free game of the month will only work on the 360 there is no backwards compatibility feature on the x box one as of yet.
