X Box One X - I have do a factory reset every second day now

Hi guys and gals,

I have been using Xbox consoles since the day GTA IV came out. My first was a white 360, then the first black one that came with kinect, then an One and last december my soon to be wife bought me an X.

The first three weeks were great, then I had to reset it back to factory settings for the first time due to corrupted GTA Online save games. That wouldn’t be a big deal but in all these years I never had any trouble at all, maybe a little freeze once every
two years but nothing serious. The X worked well for a few weeks but then it started to act up again just now I am waiting that ME 1 and 2 are installing again because I was smart enough to go to bed yesterday and save ME 1 while I was in the archives on Ilios.
Anyways this is about the 15th time I had to set up my console now and thats ridiculos for a new piece of hardware.

Of course MS has no hotline and the chat offered me to exchange my console already but the funny thing is, that the chat went offline right after that offer. So either this was a mean joke or the guy promised something thats simply not possible...

So guys, has anyone else the same problems? The X seems to be somewhat buggy in gerneral and maybe got released to early? Or is it just me and only mine is faulty? I‘d be glad if you could suggest something I can do. For the moment I‘ll simply get up a bit
earlier each morning, factory reset my box and hope that I am able to use it once I come home from work. Thats not what I expected of a console that cost half a grand...

2 Counsels on the same internet connection ???

Did a reset on both x box's and the router. We can both get on line but can only access X box live one at a time still. I messed with the port forwarding settings and it made no difference. All right now are set to the factory settings of nothing allowed.
Should I just set forwarding for the one x box only or both? Router is a Belkin F5D8235-4 V2.
