    Hi, My son received a comm suspension on his xbox live account - however no information has been given - how long and what for? When I have reviewed the enforcement details you recommened to look at it states no enforcement and a perfect record - how can
    we find more information about time frame and reason why? Thanks X box one suspension :)

    error status report as follows

    W: Hardware setup

    X: Connection End - Means connection to X-box live servers has failed

    Y: Internet setup type 00A8 - E840 U.S.A. Version Wireless Receiver for X-Box 360 Console. Others would be Ethernet cable or out of U.S.A. model of receiver.

    Z: X-Box Policy Offenses. 0000 - 0000 = No X-box offenses. Any other = Ban or Suspension

    @Jazz - sorry but once an account is banned you lose access to all DLC/MS Points/Gold Membership associated with the account. The only way to get it back is to create a new account and repurchase the content.

    a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation."

    You are not supposed to get warned for this issue. When you signed up for xbox live you agreed to the terms of use that you would not do that. The reason is it took so long is because someone decided to now file a complaint for the enforcement team to look
    at.

    The CoC is your only warning :(

    The reason it happened now and not earlier is probably someone filed a complaint or the enforcement team played in a match with you.

    If you file or are filed against, they will look at all involved profiles.
